1General Terms & Conditions

By using the Sbobetuk website or mobile app, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions. These terms comply with Bangladeshi law and international gaming regulations.

2Membership & Eligibility

To register on Sbobetuk, you must meet the following requirements:

• Multiple accounts from the same person, household, or device are not permitted.

• Sbobetuk employees are not permitted to place bets on the platform.

If a duplicate account is detected, Sbobetuk reserves the right to forfeit the balances of both accounts and permanently close them. This policy applies equally to all members.

3Account Identity Verification (KYC)

Sbobetuk follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to maintain a safe and transparent platform. The following documents must be submitted before your first withdrawal:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport
• A selfie holding your registered mobile number

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours. Once verified, you will not need to go through the process again. All submitted information is kept strictly confidential and used solely for identity verification purposes.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit

All deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in the member's own name. Funds sent from third-party accounts will be returned and the deposit will be considered void. The minimum deposit is ৳500.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals can only be processed to the same mobile banking number used for the deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300. Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met.

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

All bonus offers on Sbobetuk have their own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page. The general rules are:

• Welcome bonus up to 100%, with a 5x wagering requirement.
• Bonuses not used within 30 days of being credited will expire.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure.

6Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on Sbobetuk:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Sbobetuk reserves the right to void any bets placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error.
• Placing conflicting bets on the same event across multiple accounts (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.
• The maximum single bet limit varies by sport and event.

Odds in Live Betting change every few seconds. The odds displayed at the moment you confirm your bet are final — no changes can be made after that.

7Match Cancellation & Interruption Policy

A match or event may be cancelled or suspended for various reasons. Sbobetuk's policy is as follows:

If a Match Is Fully Cancelled

If a match is cancelled before it begins, all bets placed on that match will be voided and stakes will be fully refunded.

If a Match Is Interrupted

• Cricket: Bet stands if a result is determined via the Duckworth-Lewis method. Otherwise, the bet is void.
• For football: if 75% or more of the scheduled match time has been completed, the score at the point of abandonment is final.
• For other sports: the decision follows the ruling of the relevant international sports governing body.

8Fraud & Illegal Activity Prevention

Sbobetuk is committed to maintaining a fully fair and transparent environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets using automated software or bots
• Using another person's account or concealing your identity
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Depositing funds from money laundering or illegal sources
• Coordinated arbitrage betting from the same household or group

If any such activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately and all balances may be forfeited. Legal action may also be taken where necessary.

9Responsible Gaming Policy
